03 February 2017- The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council’s Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) Core Group meets today at the NDRRM Operations Center, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, in preparation for the effects of the Low Pressure Area (LPA) which may develop into a tropical cyclone.

NDRRMC Executive Director and Civil Defense Administrator Usec Ricardo B Jalad administers the ceremonial oath taking of newly appointed OCD Regional Directors and Service Chiefs during the Year-End Senior Leaders’ Conference on 12 December 2016 at Makati Palace Hotel, Makati City. Seventeen officials, three Service Chiefs and 14 Regional Directors pledged to fulfil the Agency’s mandate in their respective field and area of responsibility.
